This was a refreshing experience.

With little success finding a local firm to conduct septic-related services, I widened my search a few miles and found Hinds. They provided a level of professionalism I hadn’t seen in a while…like “answering the phone (and yes it was actually a real human)” and then “answered my questions (that’s when I could easily tell they were extremely experienced and knowledgeable)” and then they actually “negotiated a workable schedule” in spite of how crazy busy they were, then “showed up/did the project/finished when they actually said they would.” Nice to see the Covid-lazy mentality hasn’t infected all businesses out there. Class act and real people. Two thumbs up from us. Shout out to Deb and Mike!
